2. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–5 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service performance.



3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 2,000

  • Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.



4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Payment is made directly to the rider upon receiving the package.



5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details and courier links will be shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipment charges.
